Motherhouse provides after-sales services so that customers can use our leather items for as long as possible.
This includes a bag purchased by a customer or accessories given as a gift.
In addition to the ordinary services, we offer special services at the Flagship Store.

Retouching and repairing scratches of white and white beige leather (free)
In addition to other leather colors, we will retouch color-faded corners and scratches of white and white beige leather items.
* This treatment may not work depending upon a size of a stain/dirt or its area. Please call or visit us for details.
Rough quote for repair by a shop staff (free)
It usually takes about two weeks to provide a quote for repair. At the Flagship Store, however, a shop staff explains the repair method and offers a rough quote to customers on the spot.
If you are wondering how much it will cost to repair your item, please use this service.
Substitute bag during repair (free)
You may experience inconvenience while your bag is being repaired. We will offer you a substitute bag during the period.
The same type of bag may not be available, but you can choose a bag of the similar type and size.
Replacement of some parts on the spot (charged)
We will replace some parts of bags (handles, shoulder straps, metal parts) in our stock that need no sewing process on the spot instead of leaving your bag for repair.
e.g. On the right – O-ring: ￥210 per piece / Leather strap: ￥4,320
*Some parts may not be replaced and the prices are different depending upon the types of metal parts and the condition of the bag. Please ask a shop staff for details.
